Rhonda Radigan is the Vice President of People & Compliance at Vela Wood, where she leads the firm’s people strategy and partners with leadership to support thoughtful, sustainable growth. She oversees talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, benefits, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. Prior to joining Vela Wood, Rhonda built a broad career in human resources leadership, with much of her experience supporting founder-led and high-growth organizations. She has led work across compensation, performance, compliance, employee experience, and organizational development, helping businesses strengthen their people practices as they grow. Rhonda earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas. Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, reading, and watching football.
