Lexie Bauman is a Legal Assistant at Vela Wood. With a focus on venture and employment, her role includes supporting attorneys with corporate governance, financings, and all things related to startup management and capitalization. Lexie graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Political Science and obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys doing puzzles and reading faerie fantasy fiction.
