Venture Attorney

We have an extraordinary opportunity for someone to join our team in our Dallas or Austin office as a Venture Attorney, who can act as trusted counsel to emerging companies, founders and venture investors from formation to early stage finance rounds, and beyond. This position will be responsible for managing venture transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on a variety of strategic corporate matters.
