Acquired Aristotle Exchange DCM, Inc. and Aristotle Exchange DCO, Inc., a CFTC-registered Designated Contract Market and Derivatives Clearing Organization. Aristotle’s PredictIt platform was not part of the acquisition and remains separately operated. Deal followed a workforce reduction of more than 20% (~125 employees) at Underdog.
