Jeff graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. While in law school, Jeff was a chief of the Small Business and Trademark Clinic and participated with the ABA Client Counseling and Arbitration teams. Prior to law school, Jeff graduated from The University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, with a B.S. in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with an emphasis on Urban Development.

Jeff’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters, with emphasis on trademarks, licensing, and commercial agreements. Jeff is well-versed in advertising, privacy, and consumer law and regularly advises clients on robust IP protection strategies in areas of rapidly evolving laws.

Jeff is actively involved in the startup community in the Borderplex region and New Mexico. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Arrowhead Innovation Fund and is an organizer of the El Paso Día de los Muertos Pitch Competition.

Based out of El Paso, Texas, Jeff likes to spend his time hiking or traveling with his wife, Tilli, and their sons, Tracen, Marshall, and Tommy.
