Andrew Lin graduated from NYU School of Law. Prior to law school, Andrew received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.
At Vela Wood, Andrew is the Director of Technology as well as a Senior Attorney. His legal practice encompasses venture financing, technology transactions, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Vela Wood, Andrew was previously in-house counsel/data engineer at a real estate technology startup.
