Andrew Lin graduated from NYU School of Law. Prior to law school, Andrew received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.

At Vela Wood, Andrew is the Director of Technology as well as a Senior Attorney. As the Director of Technology, he handles a number of in-house software development projects, many of which involve experimenting with large language models. His legal practice encompasses venture financing, technology transactions, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Vela Wood, Andrew was also previously in a mixed software development/legal role at a real estate technology startup.
