She is a past Chair of the Asian Pacific Interest Section of the State Bar of Texas and past President of the Austin Asian American Bar Association. Chi is the recipient of the 2024 Outstanding Mentor Award from the Asian Pacific Interest Section of the State Bar of Texas.

In her free time, Chi is forced to go see live music shows (her husband is a musician) and to chauffeur her children to soccer, parkour, hangouts, etc. (they don’t drive yet). While she enjoys every minute of it, she would love to travel more and catch up with friends and family who live all over the world.
