Aly Khoja is a Venture Legal Assistant at Vela Wood. His role includes preparing and submitting entity filings, corporate governance assistance, and conducting client due diligence and legal research. Aly graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications and a minor in Business. Prior to joining Vela Wood, Aly was a consultant with Cognizant, working on Workday Financials. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, spending time with friends, and traveling!
