Pulley and Walter are closing. Here are our preferred platforms.

Pulley ceases all operations on December 8, 2026, and Walter’s equity product is being wound down following its acquisition. If your cap table sits on either platform, it needs a new home. These are the two equity management platforms we work with and recommend — both will handle the migration for you.
